Hello Big V and thanks for your input. I'm not sure that being pragmatic as you recommend is as effective as Beyond__repair's list of tests he requested, but he is somewhat unimpressed with his Endocrinologist and may have thought it best to 'push-start' him (or her). I think my Endo is cooperative and I'm not sure how he will react to a shove. Is it just me, or does everybody on this forum have problems making decisions? It doesn't seem easy to know the best way forward.
